Our Story
Eric and Ginny Sorenson are the proud owners of Sweet Claire's Caboose mobile bakery which they started in 2021.
Ginny, a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College and Culinary Institute of America - Greystone, has worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 20 years. Now, she is ready to fulfill her dream of opening a bakery. What's better than a mobile bakery?
Eric is retired Navy Medicine and a graduate of Southern Illinois University. He has worked in healthcare for the last 40 years and is enjoying a new trade.

We are available for weddings, private parties, associate appreciation events, as well as preparing small party platters and fund raising. Contact us to customize an order for your specific bakery needs!
Planning for Your Event
Scheduling an appointment for planning your event is important. We set aside time dedicated to you so we can discuss, without interruption, your specific needs. The details are our business!
Onsite Delivery
We deliver to your event venue. All products will be set up completely for your event.

Teaching Events for holidays or anytime throughout the year!
Schedule an event for a specific holiday or just for fun! We can decorate holiday cookies with your kids or teach you and some friends how to make a Yule Log! We can even create a class for you to learn to make your favorite dessert to share with family and friends.
